providing affordable and effective solutions for its direct mail clients for
over 38 years. We consistently give our clients peace of mind by
processing their customer orders correctly and efficiently.
From the moment a consumer's order is taken, the Fosdick Team goes into
action to process that order with speed and accuracy. Here's how it works:
Fosdick Mail Room orders
are sent to a client reserved post office Box. Mail is picked up daily.
Mail orders are outsorted, inspected, separated, counted and batched for data
entry. Client funds, whether credit card or check/money order, are
deposited.
Fosdick Data Center
In our Data Center, staff members receive the batched orders and enter the
record into the database. Orders may also be transmitted from another call
center or location. Credit card transactions are then authorized.
Labels and order sets will be created and the necessary
reports will be produced
for our client.
Fosdick Warehouse
Working in direct communication with our data center, our Warehousing
Services Department will pick, pack and ship orders presented by the data
center. Our bi-coastal warehouse staff will receive and store your
inventory for efficient fulfillment. Fosdick can also process order
returns while maintaining accurate records of your inventory.
Fosdick Customer Service Center
Perhaps the most important aspect of any on-line marketing program is to
deliver great customer service that will lead to repeat sales. That's why
our staff is well equipped to handle all phone orders and inquiries, and will be
the first line of contact when customers return or exchange items.
The Customer Service Center will also respond to all written correspondence,
arrange for call tags, tracers and claims, and chargeback investigations.
Our team make sure each consumer feels that their needs are being met by an
experienced, knowledgeable and caring staff.
